The artist observes birds at her feeder to gain inspirational details for her fused glass wall sculptures. Each bird is meticulously pieced together using various pieces of colorful glass as well as custom made glass sheets. Each is fired and fused in a kiln. Each bird's name is engraved on the back and signed by the artist. Glass sculpture stands off from the wall 1.25" creating alluring shadows throughout the day. Birds will be individually mounted to the wall making any configuration possible. Hanging instructions are included.
